A pretty simple sketch that I have found a bit mesmerizing to play with.   This might be something I end up taking further as an artistic tool, not sure yet.

I agree, the power and simplicity of having an off screen pixel buffer and doing sub-pixel anti-aliasing is really cool and opens up a lot of non-obvious possiblities

Nice!.  Here is the "play" I posted in the blog entry about this sketch.  This took me less than 3 minutes to make, but because of the nature of the tool and it being free-hand, it is hard to remake.   I started working on some gesture captures, so you could "record" your movements to a buffer and then paste them back in later.
