Getting snapshots and giving them alpha

Hi guys, I am relatively new to Processing, and I am really struggling with something thats probably very easy. I want to create a program that uses the web cam on my imac to take a screenshot of the entire area it is reading(filming) every,say, 50 frames, placing it on the screen with a really low opacity. So when its running, its continously placing screenshots on top of each other, with each one being transparent so it maps movement in front of the camera. Is this doable? Any thoughts?
