Export Still/Video with Alpha Channel

Is there a good way to save Processing generated image & video files with an alpha channel that will be recognized by software such as After Effects or Photoshop?

I've been able to successfully mask .mov files so that the background is transparent and import transparent .png files  within Processing, but I have been unable to save the transparency when using saveFrame and addFrame commands so that it is recognized in other software.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

I attempt to do the same thing.  Is there a way to use an alpha channel, a mask, or something on saveFrame()?
