Is there a way to capture real time video from your web cam using processing?

if you are referring to a usb web cam connected to your computer, have you tried processing's video library maybe these "Three Tiny Programs: Time-Lapse, Stop-Motion, Slit-Scan" by golan levin might get you started as well.

yes, I'm refering to a USB web camera.
