Apple remote to capture stills

Im just starting out with Processing, the first task being making a small sketch that captures a frame from the macs in built camera and saves the file.

Im looking forward to working out the above, but have no idea if it is possible to get Processing to respond to an apple remote signal/click

Any pointers would be fantastic.
