Monomic update

I've updated Monomic to comply with the new library guidelines.  It's available here: http://jklabs.net/monomic.

I'm using GitHub for source hosting, and the (relatively) new GitHub Pages feature to host the documentation, which is generated using my git-friendly fork of the official library template project.  I'm planning to write up more details, but if anyone's interested in the meantime, just let me know.

The other libs are on their way...
