New System, Sluggish Program

Hi all,

I've finally finished my RFID program.  All of the tags are read in via keyboard input.  When a tag is pulled a set of video and audio files are played.  I am using GSVideo (OABuild) and GStreamer for the video and ESS for the audio.

I wrote the program on one system (XP initially in 0156 Beta) and it ran fine in both processing format and .exe, now I've tried to transfer my program to other systems (also XP), only to find it is EXTREMELY slow and the input is delayed.

Originally I had problems getting GStreamer onto other computers but it seems I've resolved that issue.  Now there is the sluggish program and choppy audio issue.  Any ideas? the programs still run perfectly on my system.
