Copying pixels for TripleHead2go Set Up

I am hoping to use a processing sketch with the Triplehead2go.

I want the top half of my output screen to go to the first projector and the bottom half split between the other two.

I think I can do this using copy() but is there a better way.

Also I am using the ellipse() function which draws direct to the screen. Is there a way of getting it to draw to a matrix or a PImage?
