Exported App doesnt do anything

Hi All,

I'm working on using processing to visualize some semantic web data.  So i'm collecting data w/ the Jena library and creating a visual.  Using the processing IDE everything works fine when i hit the little 'play' button, but when export as application or applet - the resulting application doesn't seem to work.  No errors, no warnings, it just doesn't do anything.  Any ideas?  Am i forgetting something really basic???
