3GP codec in normal processing

I recorded some video with my mobile phone in 3GP format.
I want to load these movies in a processing-sketch (I have no code yet). I found some info on 3gp for 'mobile-processing', but I don't use that.
I just want to play the movies and perhaps control the speed. Nothing special.

Any suggestions on Librairies, example-code, etc.?

P.S. I know I can convert the movies to *.mpg, but I don't want to use this option.
