I didn't realize you could target an IFrame like that. I feel kind of stupid now. I didn't research it enough I guess, just kind of threw it together.

Anyway, very nice stuff there, good improvements.

I've had some fun using WordPress's Custom Fields to do thumbnails neatly and make it so that going to individual entries automatically loads the associated applets - http://oolong.co.uk/play/

Oolong i really like your artworks. Amazing stuff.
Btw, for gallery purposes, i've made a jQuery image slider wich one can use in conjunction with thickbox or shadowbox to load a new page with the applet embedded in it.
Main features of the gallery is that one can start with an unordered list of images, and the script will create thumbnails and will slide the main images. There are many available options for timing, and style.
