PDF output - noStroke? Transparency?
May 19th, 2008, 12:38pm

Hello,

I thought I remembered that the PDF export library handles transparency reasonably well - was I mistaken? My current experiment is looking totally opaque, with stubborn black borders around all my triangles - whether I specify stroke(255), noStroke(), strokeWeight(0) or all three at once!

Can anyone suggst a workaround?

Alternatively, if pdf output isn't up to a bit of transparency, can anyone recommend a good way of producing high-resolution output which is? Am I going to have to resort to stitching together JPGs?

Cheers!

all those things should work, but since PDF gives you a clean slate on each page, you may need to re-specify them at the beginning of draw(), or depending on how your code is set up whenever you start writing to each pdf page.
