render 5 webcams to files

hey,

for a project i'd like to know, if it is possible to capture five webcams in processing and render five movies out of it.

i need that setup for a project, where i want to enable the user to switch between different camera angles in a movie.

i'm worried about the performance, because processing seems not to be that strong when it comes to video.

is a normal macbook pro capable to do the job?

Hi Hans!

I just need the same thing Wink I'm wondering if you've found
out something wich could work? I've been playing around with Capture object with a DV cam + buildin webcam of macbookpro. Though I can get one camera to work, but not both...
