Erik Mongrain - La Dernière Pluie - Music Video

Erik Mongrain is a French-Canadian Guitarist, famous for his finger tap method (you might have seen him on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbndgwfG22k )

Anyway, I went to see him play on the Nottingham leg of his UK tour, and after the show, I went and asked him if it'd be ok to do a music video for him. He said yes, so this is what I did.

The tune's called The Last Rain, for those that don't speak french, and according to Erik its about rain coming to cleanse the earth of the human race... So I went with that particularly cheery thought.

So, this is 3 sketches and a rendering from 3DSMax at the end, the graphics are all written in openGL, as opposed to using the processing API, and the sound analysis is done using ESS.

Its about 20mb, so you might need to let it buffer a bit.
