Windows Install Instructions

Umm...am I just clueless or are there instructions for installing on Windows. Like, what is the difference between the Windows install and the Windows without Java install? Thanks for helping a newbie out!

the java explanation is just below the download links:
*The Windows version without Java is for users who can take care of installing Java themselves. Please only download it if you know how to use Java. The version without Java is more difficult to set up, but is included because it is a significantly smaller download. For best results, use the latest release of Java 1.4.
