CaptureMJPEG 1.0 library for Processing released
Apr 21st, 2008, 4:28pm

Hi everyone,

We are glad to announce the 1.0 release of CaptureMJPEG, a motion-jpeg library for Processing.
This library allows Processing users to embed a stream from a MJPEG video camera source into a sketch.
This library has been tested with the MJPEG-Streamer server and with some Sony cameras, but we also made a class for compatibility with AXIS cameras (based on the specs but mostly untested because we do not have any AXIS hardware to test with).
Also, the library is released under the LGPLv3 license.

You can download it directly from [1], and obtain more information, including examples from our website [2].
There you can find a bug tracker too, so please report your requests and bugs there, we'll be glad to have some feedback.

Hi,
I've tested capturemjpeg with Processing 1.0.3 and still works.

Link [1] no longer works 'cause we have moved to bitbucket.org.

The project page is the same [2]

I've updated the building script and now is compliant with Library Guidelines.

Cheers,
