does anyone know how to realize the image shifting shown in the youtube example? a short explanation (with or without code) would be great.

the audio alignment is no problem, just cant think of a way to shift 2 images so sweet into one another. tried alot.

That is morphing, and the code is fairly complex.  Basically you specify control points on the first image, and then specify their position on the second image.  The code then stretches the image to the new position while fading.
