Treemap library Zip download

Hello,
   When I download the treemap library zipfile from http://benfry.com/writing/treemap/library.zip and then try to unzip the file I recieve an error that "the compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted".  Has this error been found before?  Am I doing something wrong, or has this been incorporated into the core library?

I just downloaded it yesterday and tried it again now and it works fine here. extracted it with WinZip, WinRar and the systems zipUtil.
