Help loading libraries

Hello,
I am new and its probably simple, but Im  having difficulties loading libraries, I downloaded two libraries I would like to use (p5sunflow and pitarus sonia) unpacked them into my libraries folder ie:
processing-0135/libraries/p5sunflow/library/

but yet I don't see them in the sketch / import library dialog
In case it matters Im using Windows Vista

have you restarted processing after copying the libraries over?

the path you posted seems correct. All the library jar files should be in that folder. e.g. for the p5sunflow:
processing-0135/libraries/p5sunflow/library/
     janino.jar
     p5sunflow.jar
     sunflow_trunk.jar
