Most Pixel Ever problem?

Hi all,
I'm a newby about processing but not about Java. I'm testing MPE example under WinXP. When I run the BouncingBall example all seem to work fine, but after some seconds every screens (I tried with 4) blocks for about 10 seconds and them the system returns to run. This happen always more frequently while application is executing. I debug and profile Client and Server application but didn't fine the cause of the problem. Am I the one with this problem? Any shortcut? I suppose I'm searching in the wrong plase.... uhm... a screen refresh problem?
