Illustrating Stock Data with Processing

I'm working on a program to illustrate stock data with interesting events. Given a data file with the fields:
date,stock price,image file,product name:

2002-04,12.4,tipb.jpg,Ti PowerBook
2002-08,7.38,jaguar.png,Jaguar
2003-04,7.11,itunes.jpg,iTunes
2003-10,11.44,panther.png,Panther
...
2007-10,172.75,leopard.jpg,Leopard

the display correlates the Apple Computer stock price with purchases.

titles, bars. values, lables, grid, images, names, and dates can be selectively shown.

for examples.
