Apple Suddenmotion sensor in Applet

Hi
Im pretty new in developping processing apps. I'm currently working on an Applet that uses the Sudden motion sensor library from http://www.shiffman.net/p5/sms/.

the library works great and the compiled applet works great on my desktop. My problem is that i dont get it work in a webbrowser. i tried signing the applet (maybe i did it the wrong way:-) ) but it still doesnt work. without the library it works of course great in the web.

maybe someone has tried that before an can help me out.
