Here's what to do:

1. If you're not logged in, use the email address that you use for this forum and your forum password.

2. Click "Report a Bug"

3. Change the "Component" pulldown to "book"

4. In the summary line, please write "Book p. ?? - Problem summary", where the "??" is the page number and "problem summary" is a phrase that describes the issue. For example, "Book p. 224 - Incorrect comment."

5. Fill out the Description

6. Click the "submit" button
