Processing Book (Reas, Fry) Now Available!

The book is here! We've heard that people are starting to get them. MIT Press and Barnes and Noble (they are discounting to $40 as of 29 August) appear to be shipping. Amazon is late in the game, but there are other options, of course.

Congratulations!  The samples look wonderful, looking forward to reading it.  It'll be a great help to ITP students this fall.  Hope to be book #3 soon!

Great news!

I am trying to convince the college I teach at to integrate some Processing in the course that I teach. Having a good textbook certainly makes the matter a bit easier.

Pre-ordered this from Amazon back in July. I took a look today at the order status and Amazon lists an estimated delivery date of October 11th.

I canceled my Amazon order and am ordering through Barnes & Noble instead. And for $10 cheaper!

I'm very much looking forward to getting my hands on this.

There's a ~100 page sample that may be downloaded from this page:

To my knowledge, the publisher, MIT Press, doesn't have a system for e-books.

I've ordered mine some time back.

Since I am from India, it takes a long 21 to 30 days to reach :(

Cant wait to get my hands on it.

Most importantly, I am hoping to find a good solution for high resolution image output. Hope it's in there.
