Debian package of Processing
Jul 10th, 2007, 1:40am

Hey guys.

I know you still think this is beta software, but this is no reason not to attempt to package this for Debian. Smiley

Unfortunately, I've run into a bit of a snag. I can't find the source for your beta release! Where is it?

Thanks.

take a look at
http://dev.processing.org/build/

and use this:
svn co svn://processing.org/trunk/processing

processing has a subversion repository. I dont know how to find a certain revision (like e.g. beta 0124, trunk is ahead of this), but maybe it is tagged?

greetings to debian Smiley

there's also been lots of work done by hansi to build a debian package... i thought we had an item in the bugs db to track the progress but perhaps not (please feel free to file one).

i'd love to see a debian package; fwiw, i was waiting to incorporate hansi's pkg until 0126 or 0127, which will have directory structure changes because of big changes to the tools menu.
