Please help for Camera Calibration

Hello all:

I am a fresh guy for interactive tracking. Now I have a case which need me to install a camera on the top-left side of the celling. Then the problem is coming: I don't know the camera calibration algrithom in processing?!!!

I check many infor from the internet, almost all the algrithom is based on the C++. Forgive my poor math acknowlege , is there anyone can tell me how to fix this "camera calibration" problem??

what exactly do you mean by "camera calibration",
adjusting brightness, or focus, or whitebalance, or zoom?
