Image Itemising/Duplication... Noob, please help..

I'm trying to create function within mouseDragged so that if I click an Image in the menu bar that I've made, it'll display the same image again as a duplicate in its original sized form, following where my mouse goes until I release and leave it sitting.
I thought something like:

void draw() {
if (mousePressed) {
 image1(mouseX, mouseY)}
}

But only making sure that the right picture is produced by clicking the right menu token

Help anyone?  It'd be much appreciated, really...  I'm a total noob for intermediate stuff
