sketch recognition
Apr 2nd, 2007, 2:18pm

Hi there,

I'm looking for a simple sketching detection library or may be some sample source code. just for shapes like rectangles squares and circles first. Can any body point me to a right place to start?

Thanks a lot

Joerg

not simple, but you might want to look into this:

http://autotrace.sourceforge.net/

there is an open-source java frontend to it too ...

Let me slip into forum speak by saying:

lol @ simple palm input recognition

I've tried to help katy_lil a bit with this because I've already done this using a neural net:

But the code is old and I'm not keen to dig back into it again. There's some other thread dealing with this I think already. What you're asking for though is never going to be easy and about 250 miles from the small haven of simple.
