stepper motor control??
Mar 1st, 2007, 12:06am

Hi guys,

I'm trying to run a (unipolar) stepper motor from the arduino using the uln2003 motor controller, and I was wondering if anyone had any tutorials or could share some knowledge on how the code could be written in order to do simple tasts such as moving in two directions and stopping at specific locations.

I've run steppers in a previous project using a PIC microcontroller with C and I was hoping to make the conversion over the arduino boards.

thanks in advance for any input!

well there are lots of tutorials regarding that at arduino site. Also you might want to check out physical computing lab tutorials from interactive telecommunications program. http://itp.nyu.edu/physcomp/Intro/HomePage
