Which libraries for motion detection still work?

Jmyron was last tested to work with 090, which was some time ago, and doesn't seem to work by my simple tests.  I also gave the blobdetection library a go, and it seemed to have some problems.

So, is motion detection with Processing still a going concern, or is it better to use something like VVVV, PD, or Max, and then port the data over to Processing using OSC or a similar communication tool?

Thanks!
