security issue with Ess and OpenGL

So I've got a game that accesses the line-in and I'd like to run it as an OpenGL applet. However, because OpenGL sketches export as a bunch of separate jar files, signing the jar file that is named the same as the sketch does not work. I even tried signing Ess.jar as well, but that didn't seem to work. Anybody have any idea what needs to be done? Do I need to sign *all* of the jar files in the folder?
