setup problems
Sep 19th, 2006, 2:56am

Hello. I have a powerbook G4 running osx 10.3.7.

I had another very similar one that got stolen. It had processing and it was running fine. However when I try to open it up... from the application folder this message comes up on the console... :

dyld: /Applications/Processing 0115/Processing 0115.app/Contents/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub can't open library: /usr/lib/libgcc_s.1.dylib  (No such file or directory, errno = 2)

Does this mean I don't have a useful version of Java or something like that.

Another problem I've been having is that I can't open Gimp which runs on X11 although it seems properly installed. Could these problems be related?

Any ideas would be helpful.

Best regards,
Gudmundur Steinn Gunnarsson
