Allow more coded key combinations.

In one of my models, I wanted a keyboard command that used coded combinations.  For example, I would like to use Ctl-2 or Option-A.

Apparently these are not available:

Is there any chance we could widen our coded key combinations?  I realize its a bit of a nit, so no worries, but until we get a GUI library of some sort for controlling our Processing models, we may want a few more keys we can use for commands!
