Please consider using bad behavior (http://www.homelandstupidity.us/software/bad-behavior/) on pages that have forms on them...  it was originally designed for wordpress, but also includes methods for using the core engine to block automated attacks on forms.

Do you need help with website dev?  I'd love to keep up on what's going on in the forums, but without an RSS feed, it's next to impossible.  I'd love to help build a feed for the forums.
