Suggestion: Annotated Reference

Hey All,

I was thinking that it would be nice if in the reference section we could add comments or extra examples, much like Flash's online documentation. Yes, this would make the online docs different that those we get locally, but it wouldn't be that different. A commented reference would also keep people from asking some of the same questions over and over again in the forums (and it would save time from looking) if we could post the most typical uses (or quirks) of a given function right there in the docs. Also, we could add links to the annotated online reference in the local one (again, much like Flash).  Eventually, particularly good annotations could graduate to the "official" documentation.  Thoughts?

i think this was/is part of casey's master plan for the web site, my guess is that they just haven't had the time yet to finish implementation..
