"Sketch Saved"-status is wierd
Mar 15th, 2006, 10:36am

winXp, processing 0107

When i edit in multiple tabs in a sketch, and then press save, and select one of the other tabs, they're now "changed", so i have to (or feel the need to) manually save for each tab, just to be sure.. it has happened that it hasn't saved what was in one of the other tabs, when i pressed save, and had edited multiple tabs.

yeah, i've noticed this too.. i was concerned this sort of thing would start happening based on the save/undo changes in 107.

i don't think it seems to be harmful, that in fact it's just over-aggressive in makring things as "modified", is that what you've found?

Yeah.. it seems when you change something in a file, then save it.. it registers as saved, but only until you change back to that tab (change to another, then back). But i tried not saving, and it had in fact saved the previous work..

so yes.. it does just oversave, which isn't a problem.. it's alot better than not saving Wink
