DO NOT USE RELEASES 103 THROUGH 105, DOWNLOAD 106!
Mar 1st, 2006, 11:20pm

just to be clear, there are serious issues with file saving on releases 103 through 105 that have finally been fixed in 106. 103 didn't save changes on quit, even if you said "yes". 104 and 105 would *only* save changes on quit--even worse. 106 fixes all of this, so please download the new version!

Worked with it for a few hours spread over two machines and two different JRE versions - seems to have saved properly on all counts. I experienced the saving issue on a previous version, so it looks like good news.

There's a small bug with saving still.

If you right click and paste some code in, the "file has been modified" flag doesn't seem to get set, so hitting save does nothing. If you use paste from the top menu however, it does notice that the contents have changed, and will save properly.

I guess it was part of JohnG bug, but when doing other hotkeys the same effect happens.  Ctrl+Z (undo modifications) doesn't set the flag (file has been modified) and I haven't tried but we should check other hotkeys that might modify code like Ctrl+T (auto format) or Ctrl+Y (redo).

autoformat does it, i've just modded undo to properly handle it (and therefore redo) tho hopefully that works ok. i'm gonna post a rev 0107 so that it can be tested. thanks for the help fellas.
