Google Maps + GPS Generator

I wanted to make a simple program that would take sound &  or video frequencies and convert possibly the colours or decibles into GPS Generated stats and them input them into locations on google maps.  I was looking at this http://conversationswithmyself.com/maps/tracker/gmapTracker.html
google maps real-time GPS TRacker and they use a GPS simulator called GPSgate to input gps coords into googlemaps, i was wodnering if there was a way to make processing generate coords and input them into google through tracking live sound or video. if anyone has any ideas on how i could do this msg me
