Feb 27th, 2006, 3:33pm   i'm seekin' for a tool(or environment) strong and efficient for cpu to run and can realize all possibilities with strong math library. i'll use it for programing animation and live 2d design and i'm in Windows platform(so Jitter will not be considered?). is there one of that kind? thank you. sorry for my poor english.
