HELP! TRANSPARENCY AND STROKES

Is there any command for transparency in the fill, and to control the thickness of the stroke?

Yes,

strokeWeight();

and fill();

Check the reference section for the arguments these methods accept. You'll find fill has an alpha channel that takes care of transparency. There are also other methods to take care of strokecapping etc.
