OSX usability enhancements

Hey there.  Two small things I've noticed used the PDE environment under OS X:

1) When another window is in focus, the main text control still accepts mouse input.  Typical OS X applications "eat" the first click (becoming the front window) and then respond to clicks after that.  This is an issue because Mac users are accustomed to just clicking anywhere in the window to focus it and THEN narrowing into where we want to move the cursor.

2) Cmd-Shift-LeftArrow and Cmd-Shift-RightArrow should highlight from the current cursor point to the beginning or end of the line.  In 0098, it does not.

Great work on the whole system!!  Thanks!
