Hi again,
and thanks for the quick reply,

I tried the latest version of proXML in both p96 and p97 and I still get the
same error, I also tried the old version in p96 and still get:

java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: path

any clues?

thanks and best,
elmar

you may still have an older version somewhere in your sketchbook path.

hey ya,

I just downloaded and installed Processing97 and the latest proXML on a new Mac which didn't have Processing installed before to make sure everything is clean, but I still get the same error.

java.lanf.NoSuchFieldError: path

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I did it the same way as with the
older version which worked.

- I downloaded P97 dropped it in the Application folder
- downloaded proXML and dropped it in the libraries folder inside p97
- opened the example in p97>libraries>proXML>examples>proxml>proxml.pde

and when I then click on Run I get that error. I also tried to save proxml into the Documents>Processing folder but same thing.

Thanks guys,
elmar
