Testing AIExport Beta
Aug 22nd, 2005, 1:18pm

I've just about finished converting AIExport for Beta (I hope!) as I had problems with the functionality in the other conversion.

The only thing left to implement is the bezier vertex, but everything else seems ok (what I've tested).

I'm also going to flag monitor output as this currently hangs processing, so once you've tested that it's outputting ok you can switch it off and fly blind.

So if anybody urgently needs the source let me know (still testing!).

*** Update ****

The output to processing flag is implemented for takeSnapShot and seems to improve things a lot.

You can also produce sequential files, or files with any name you like.

I don't have time to fully test the AIExport, but folk are welcome to a copy of  if they email me.

I won't post it properly until it's proofed sufficiently and then perhaps it can be added as a library.

I've implemented the bezierVertex method and it's working at the moment, that is until someone breaks it!

Thanks to those currently testing and debugging it.

Hopefully it can be wrapped for BETA in a couple of days, or sooner.

Hi Mark,

Just sent you an e-mail asking for a copy to test out. As usual, I've gotten to the end of a project assuming I'd be able to do things I can't!!
