UCLA's department of Design | Media Arts is hosting a Summer Institute for high school students and young freelance designers. Courses in Digital Photo & Print Design, Web Design & Programming, Game Design for the Web, and Digital Video & Sound Design.

Session I: July 11-15
Session II: July 18-22
Session III: July 25-29
Session IV: August 1-5

Classes last for one week (five days) and will meet six hours each day. The day will be divided into two three-hour sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Digital photo & print design, web design & programming, digital video & audio design and game design for the web are all offered each week, but class space is limited to 20 students per section.
