Quit Dialog
Apr 20th, 2005, 7:50pm

When I "Quit" Proce55ing and I still have an unsaved activefile, it prompt for saving the file.

On the "Quit" Dialog, you have to answer <Yes> <No>. Should we have <Cancel> too? (In the case when I want the file to be saved, but on a new name).

yup, this is a long-standing known bug (though it's on the old board).

problem is that on the mac the quit handler quits even if you cancel, so we had to remove the cancel so that people didn't destroy their sketches. then windows seems to have inherited the same issue, so we just removed it entirely.

Sorry, I miss the issue.

I left Eclipse, and I'm back on the P5 Editor. I took a bad habit to not verify if the file has been saved before leaving and I lost the work twice. It's just one orthopedic feature for people like me.
