A search <form> might be really good implementation for the site. (To get to what you're looking for) : )

A search function will also reduce the number of duplicate questions. I had to wade the forum for 10 min before I found a duplicate of a question I wanted, with a ref to the thread talking about the issue. So I would easily asked the same if I was in any hurry.

Yeah, it's a little easy to overlook (happened to me, too). It's also a bit "bruce force" (or maybe "feature rich" if you will), i.e. you either have to do a search of the entire site or uncheck "dozens" of boxes as I recall. Might be nice to have the search function within an individual folder default to "search this forum"? -K
