error installing p5

a student of mine tried to drag the p5 folder from the disk image onto her system but gets an error -128. she's running osX 10.25 or 10.26.
any of you know what's up? thanks...

the problem was fixed. she upgraded to the latest osX version.
it was a strange. her classmate had the same version but processing ran fine one his computer.
