Webcamxtra motion detection

I use processing with webcamxtra on a project. My aim is: to strip out the unselected part from my video, and only write the desired part to the screen. Using trackColor, and globPixels I can access the globs, but how can I eliminate the unwanted pixels?(the background). I should access the image between the globs.
