Web cam in browser
« on: Nov 30th, 2004, 12:38am »

Hi, been having great fun playing around with some (very basic) web cam sketches.  I am having a problem with the 'export to web' function.

They work fine when run from within Processing (as well as 'presenting' them).  Try to run the exported html file and I get an 'applet x notinited' message at the bottom of the browser.

Is it not possible to run these from a browser or am I not doing something?

Running XP pro SP1, IE6 sp1 and vers 68 of processing if that helps.

Thanks,

Carl

It's not possible to run this stuff from a browser, due to various security/permissions things. I don't see it getting fixed anytime soon.
