rotary knob

ok here is a cheap rotary knob example. i think it needs better control with mouse though.

click and move your mouse vertically to rotate it.

Maybe you could try to use tan2() to get the angle the mouse makes with the centerpoint of the knob, and then use that angle for the rotation. I guess that would give better mouse control.

mflux, i can't decide if it is good or not maybe both. this can be optional.
 
Koonie, i agree with you. i will implement that version soon and post it here so we can test and compare them. thanks for the suggestion.
